Publix Deals

Publix has some great BOGO free deals and other great specials. Here are just a few of some I took advantage of-

BOGO:

Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate-$1.79-2 coupons swiss miss $.50 off each=2 boxes for $ .79 -from internet

Betty Crocker cake mix- 1.29 - coupons from afullcup.com (remember to print 2) +$ .29

Hellmans Mayonnaise-$3.99 -2 coupons from paper $ .50 each =$2.99

Wesson vegetable oil-$2.85-2 coupons from paper $ .25 each =$2.35

Kraft Velveeta- not sure of price/used coupons=really good deal!

Wish Bone Salad dressing-not sure of price but coupon in paper $1/2

Lysol All Purpose Cleaner-$2.69-coupons from paper 2/$1 off coupons=$ .69

I also took advantage of the Broccoli/Cauliflower deal 2/$3-coupons from a full cup =$.50 each

In the Yellow advantage flyer in the front of the store they have a $1 off shout product coupon in it, I used this and it made the price of the shout $1.89.

I am not saying this is the best deal I have ever gotten on that, but I needed it and it was a decent price.

The Lord is good and has given me another great opportunity of shopping. My total was $115 before coupons and at the end was $58. I was so excited I even encouraged a lady behind me, because she was blown away by how much I saved. The biggest hint is shop deals and specials and use competitor coupons!

It is possible to save, but you do have to do your work. Then enjoy the blessing. We did go shopping Saturday because next week is so busy for us. So, Monday was not a possibality.

By the way there was a ton of great things at Publix. Bird's Eye frozen vegetable's are 50 percent off, and after coupons these are a sweet deal!

Give to others

I know I normally post about all these deals, deals and more deals! But believe it or not I actually have other things on my mind. I love blessing others. If there is someone that you have been thinking about in relation to blessing them with something, just give! It is so wonderful to give to others! We are excited because the kids and I have put together a care package for some friends that have moved away. It only has taken a little time and effort and we know that when they receive their package that they will be reminded of us and hopefully have a encouraging day! Missionaries came to our church a couple of weeks ago and told us how receiving a care package from their home church made them sooooooo happy. We should remember this when it even comes to friends that have moved away. I hope you all have a blessed day!

Target Deal

I know I just posted about Publix great deals, but I know some of my friends have a Super Target close by them. Use the coupon from http://www.afullcup.com/ for $1 off celery. It is currently $ .99, so it is free after the coupon! Broccoli and the Cauliflower are cheaper at Publix though. :) Please feel free to share any ideas if you find any other deals!

Great Deals for Publix 11/15-11/21

First of all I would love to encourage you all to buy a paper today. In the paper there is a WD coupon for $5 off $30 purchase. The time line to use this coupon is from today until Saturday. Of course with my strategy I will use this when I go shopping on Saturday and combine it with my $10 off $50 coupon. So right there I will save $15. I also believe that Albertson will have a $5 off coupon also and I might save even more. :)

There are alot of great deals this week especially pertaining to the Thanksgiving holiday. I do have alot of coupons for items and will be able to stock up on some things. But I just wanted to share some deals that come by using the Target coupons from www.afullcup.com

Fresh broccoli is on sale2/$3 and you can use a coupon for $1 off Broccoli making it $ .50
Cauliflower is on sale 2/$3 and you can print another of this same coupon for $1 off and it will be $ .50
Celery is on sale for $1.29 therefor with another one of the $1 off coupons it will be $ .29

Velveeta cheese product is on sale BOGO so print off two coupons from a full cup and you will get two products for approximately $2.79/ We like to make Broccoli and cheese with this of course a dip for chips.

These are only a few deals that I have found, but I hope this will be helpful for others. I am looking foward to my shopping trip.

Publix deals

At Publix in the Advantage Buy savings green flyer (which is located in the front of the store where the ads are located) there is a coupon for $5 off Listerine white strips or any Rembrandt product. Therefore this Rembrandt mouth wash is free! Take advantage of this deal it is valid till November 23rd. You can also buy Rembrandt toothpaste for $1 after this coupon too. Also on afullcup.com there is $1 off coupons off of Frito Lay chips and Doritos are BOGO making them $1.5o. Remember to use two the printed off coupons. As you can see we used the Nacho cheese ones tonight for Taco Salad Yummy!

Also don't forget that Publix honors competitor coupons. I used a $10 off of $50 purchase coupon from Winn Dixie and a $5 off $30 purchase saving $15.

I had a blessing in savings as well. My purchase at Publix originally rung up to $91, but after entering the coupons the bill totaled only $48. I am so thankful to the Lord that He has allowed me to help my family save on groceries and ect. It really does not take me too long to save. I am starting to get really organized, and I now have a coupon box. I will have to post on that in a future post! It has been great!

Target Deals

Who cannot use Stove Top stuffing this time of year? I know our family loves it. It is on sale for $. 79 and you can print out as many coupons as you want. To make the Stuffing $.29 a box after the $.50 coupon from http://www.afullcup.com/

Also M&M's are on sale 2/$4. There are coupons from the newspaper for $1/2. Combine the deal from target coupons from the website http://www.afullcup.com/, and get two bags of M&M's for $1. I just happened to have $ .75 manufacturer coupon off dark chocolate m&m's and got them for $.25 a bag. Woo hoo! I love my chocolate-just ask my husband.

Kraft cheese is also on sale 3/$5, which I think is a great deal especially if you can find any coupons. I also was able to purchase the Revlon cosmetic tool for a dollar using a target coupon and a manufacturer coupon from the newspaper. Again what a blessing!

Walgreens deals

At Walgreens this week our family took advantage of these deals-Two Maybelline Mascara's on sale forBOGO- and used 2/$1 off coupons for both. This made the deal $2.79. We also were able to purchase Colgate toothpaste for $ .24. There are Walgreens coupons in their ad advertising. Colgate for $ .99 and then I used a $ .75 manufacturer coupon and was able to purchase them even cheaper. The French's Fried onions was on sale for $.99 (using Walgreen's coupon). I then also added 3 manufacturer coupon, which was found in Sunday's paper. I purchased three cans for $1.47. What a blessing! We will be making some green bean casserole for Thanksgiving! :)

Winn Dixie Deals

I got some wonderful deals at Winn Dixie. Lettuce (Romaine) was $ .50-great deal!
I also purchased Sundown vitamins BOGO, and used coupons for $3 off each bottle. So both Ladies multi vitamins originally $8.99 sold individually, were $3 for both. The Pillsbury cake mix was on sale BOGO and after a $1 newspaper coupon off of two boxes I purchased both boxes for $ .69.

CVS DEALS

CVS had great deals this week. I am fairly new at working out their deals, but I am quickly catching on. As you know from the last post, I posted about CVS. I had collected $20 ECB for their store. Free money! I purchased 2 Garnier face wash priced at $5.99 each. Then I had one coupon for a $1 off, and another coupon for $2 off making them $9 after coupons. CVS is running a deal where if you purchase two garnier face care products they will give you $10 ECB. So, I got these products free and also made $1.

The next product I purchased was Dove Skin Vitalizer facial cleansing massager. It was priced at $12.50, and I had a coupon for $3.5o off from a newspaper coupon. This made it $8.99 and they also paid me $5 ECB for purchasing this.

Next they have Gillette Venus razors for $8.99, and I had a coupon for $2 off. This made it $6.99. In return they payed me $4 ECB for buying this product.

I then purchased Head & Shoulders big bottle for $5 and something with a coupon. Then they gave me $2 ECB for purchasing this product.

I am not sure if you can follow all of this but I then used CVS coupon's $4 off $20, $3 coupon off $15, and $2 off $10 since you can use each of these coupons as long as your price rings up to the amount. Then I handed my $20 ECB's and my total was $2.51 plus $22 ECB's back. I did take advantage of the Garnier deal one more time( two times allowed on this deal). The candle and the Dove's cleansing pillows for the facial tool that I bought were free. Of course I got $10 ECB's for my purchase. So if you have not done the CVS deals, it might be worth checking into. If you have any questions feel free to comment.

Free Nova Max and $20 ECB

This is a Nova Max blood glucose monitor. I am not a diabetic, but I did not mind buying this because at CVS they had a book called "Managing and Preventing Diabetes". This book contains a coupon for $50 off. CVS, all month, has a deal where you can buy this for $29.99 and receive $20 ECB. (which is like credit money for their store) Since I had this coupon, they adjusted the amount of the coupon, and I bought this for free. I also got $20 credit for their store. It was a exciting deal. I just thought I might post this and some of you might take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. When looking for this book, it is free. It is probably located near the pharmacy. This book also contains other coupons in it. I hope this is helpful!

Breadstick Recipe

Well, this week we were having spaghetti for lunch and I decided to try out a new recipe. I did not have bread on hand so I thought I would make a recipe for garlic bread sticks. One of Walgreen's Deal for the Month

In the Walgreen's Easy Saver catalog for November 2007 there is an instant value coupon for $2.50 off Purell Instant Hand Sanitizer Gentle Foam. It was on sale this week for 1/$3.50 at Walgreens. I used the instant value coupon as well as a newspaper coupon for $1.00 off, and was able to pick up two sanitizers for free. I know there are more deals this week, but I thought this one was great to share.

Target Deals of the Week

At Target this week, Rold Gold Pretzels were on sale for 2/$4. I was able to use a manufacturer coupon from coupons.walgreens.com for $1 off and also a Target coupon from afullcup.com for another $1 off Frito Lay chips. Combining the two made them free. What a blessing! At Target you are able to combine a Target coupon as well as a manufacturer. Let's just say I bought more than just one bag. :)

Also in our Target's Dollar Deal section, they have Rayovac Batteries for 1/$1. I was able to use a $1 off coupon from the newspaper, which made the batteries free. Another blessing!

At the beginning of the week, I e-mailed Skintimate:http://www.scjbrands.com/contact/, and I let them know how much I like their products. In return they sent me a coupon for up to $3 off their product and also a coupon book to go with it with additional savings! Therefore I was able to purchase the Skintimate product for myself as well as the edge shaving gel which was free after coupon!

Although you are probably candied out like I am, this week Halloween Candy is on sale half off. M&M's were $1.39. With a $1 off coupon from afullcup.com, I was able to get two bags for $0.39/each. There is a rumor going around that Halloween Candy is going 75% off, so check to see if this true and you could get a greater deal.

I would also just like to say how much I love target and their deals. They are literally two minutes from our house which allows me to shop frequently.

Albertson's Deal of the Week (10/31-11/6)

Great deal at Albertson's on toilet paper! Scott's Extra Soft tp on sale at Albertsons for 10/$10. After two trips to Albertsons to get 12 pkg's of free toilet paper. That's right 4 X 12=48 rolls of tp. I was able to use coupons that were given by Publix, which are there now, that I collected over time. The coupons are a $1 off; therefore, the tp was free! Excellent deal. This will last us a while. What a blessing! We were also able to get Dial bar soap for $0.70 after using a newspaper coupon. Awesome!

What a blessing! That has been my mantra for the past few months as I have truly been blessed. I am the type of person who diligently seeks deals, and I count it a blessing to find them.
